What is your RETURN POLICY?

  We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  Items must be in new condition with original packaging.  You must send with it the Reciept or Order# so we can credit the original purchase amount back to you. Send returns to: Trove P.O. Box 850178 Yukon, OK 73085

Is there a WARANTY on all products?

   Each purchase comes with a one year warranty against material and craftsmanship from time of purchase.

Do you RESIZE?

   Rather than re-sizing, we will gladly replace the order with a different size if purchase made was within the last 30 days.  Mail it back within 30 days with a note of the desired size.  For chains and all-sterling bracelets additional charges may apply.  See "Return Policy" question for mailing INSTRUCTIONS. 

Are there GIFT CARDS available?

   We do offer gift cards. Please see the last listing under any product category 

How much is SHIPPING?

   Shipping is FREE.  We currently offer shipping within the contiguous U.S. only

Do you do CUSTOM ORDERS?

   We do not offer total custom designs.  If you would like to alter a current design or have it made in another metal (such as gold) please contact us via email and we will be happy to work with you!

My size is not offered.  Can i order in OTHER SIZES?

   We can do custom sizes in nearly any design.  You can contact us through email and we'll be happy to discuss size options.
